HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Shipping time will depend on the option you choose:
- Applies to within Australia only.
- Regular Post- allow up to 10 working days
- Express Post – allow up to 3 working days
- Pick Up – Perth, WA / Monday to Saturday
- International – Regular and Express shipping options available
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Depending on what you order with us, we have shipping costs allocated to each item.
Approx shipping costs are as follows (please note prices may change without notice).

Express shipping – $19.90
- International – price on application and order.

WHAT IF I'M NOT HOME WHEN MY ORDER ARRIVES?
Orders that are shipped with Australia Post, are subject to Australia Post regulations and delivery procedures. If you know you will not be home when your order is due for delivery, we suggest contacting Australia Post directly with your tracking number to make your own arrangements. We are not responsible for any third party delivery issues if you’re not home.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes, most of our orders will have tracking numbers, which we notify you with as soon as your order has been shipped.
EXCEPTIONS: Greeting cards regular postage has no tracking number. Only the Express Post option has a tracking number.
WHAT IF MY ORDER DOESN'T ARRIVE?
Please contact us as soon as possible. We will do what we can to work with you to locate it, as long as it has a tracking number.
We do provide you with the tracking number, please also contact the shipping company yourself.

CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?
As long as your order hasn’t been shipped, contact us via email and let us know of your new shipping address.
HOW DO I PICK-UPS AT YOUR STUDIO WORK?
We will let you know that your order is ready to collect and provide you with a link to book a time to collect.
Orders can only be collected, once a booking is made, this is so we can make sure a team member is there to serve you.
Order pick ups are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. After hours are Monday & Tuesday till 8pm.
Payments can be made at pick up via Mastercard. Visa, Eftpos.
