POSTAGE & REFUNDS
We don’t normally give refunds if you simply change your mind, make a wrong selection, purchase the incorrect product or amounts, or if you cannot print on the stock you had brought. We always recommend a test print on your stock first, and can only provide you with guidance as to the best way to print, based on the information the customer gives us. We are not responsible for printer errors or mistakes.
Please note: As paper is an organic product, there will be colour variations which are beyond our control.
Please check your stock before leaving the store or provide us with a sample so we can colour match as best as we can.
Exchanges & refunds can be given where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or don’t do what they are supposed to.
