Booking Information

To place your booking with lala design, we require the following:

  • 50% deposit
  • We accept Visa, Mastercard,Eftpos, Cash and direct deposit.
  • All your details and wording, required for setting your artwork

  • Confirmation of the quantities for each piece of stationery
  • Guest list details, if needed.
    Please use our Guest List Template off the website (Please note we do not accept handwritten or other formats of list)

Once we have all the above information, we will then organise and book dates for your artwork proofs and delivery date. We attempt to work with your time frames as best we can, but as we handcraft each item, please allow the following timelines for each service:

  • DIY – Avaliable on the spot. Extra stock needed may take 2 weeks for ordering and delivery.
  • Printing only with lala design artwork – allow 1 – 2 week
  • Graphic design invitations – allow 1-3 weeks
  • Print + Cut service – allow 2 to 4 weeks
  • The Works service – allow 3 to 6 weeks
