All artwork is sited and approved by client before printing. Artwork dates are set once a deposit is paid and all details required are given.Artwork is either emailed in a Jpeg or PDF format to the client for approval or sited in store. Our artwork policy is clearly stated on each piece, and artwork approval is required in writing on emailed artworks, or signed on the sited sample before printing.
It is the clients responsibilty for checking all artwork proofs provided, this includes the following:
- Wording and details, including phone numbers
- Spelling and grammar
- Layouts and colours
- Any guest details and lists given to lala design
Lala design will not accept responsibilty for any typesetting errors, once the artwork proofs are signed and approved by client. This also includes any guest details and lists given to lala design by client.
Full charges will apply, as per Terms & Conditions stated on your quote/booking form. Payment of deposit and approval of your order/artwork is considered acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Reprints and delivery time will be given on a individual basis and given to client at the time.
All artwork remains the property of lala design, unless otherwise stated, and are subject to Copyright Laws 2004 to 2010.
You may not reproduce any of our products, website, photography or examples in whole or part, or store without written permission. Under no circumstances can any of our products be re-sold without written permission beforehand. lala design reserves the right to use custom-designed pieces for future display or advertising, with privacy respected.
Handcrafted and custom designs are exclusive to lala design. All our stationery pieces will include a small discrete copyright credit to ’www.laladesign.com.au” on all stationery pieces.
